Haas und Haas

Secreted away in a little courtyard off Stephensplatz, Haas und Haas has been going strong for some decades now. It's primarily a tea house, but if you've reached bursting point with all those heavy goulashes and dumplings, this hideaway offers light lunches of a less military kind. Club sandwiches are a standard choice, and there are one or two other snacks to choose from. Tea aficionados can enjoy the full monty here, complete with silver service for a dash of fantasy. However, don't expect lightening swift service from the waitresses themselves - Haas & Haas take things easy on that front.
