Danieli has proved something of a runaway hit with the locals. It's not an overly formal spot, and it makes for a sturdy choice if you're after some well-delivered Italian nosh. On a recent visit we found a cheerful mix of businessmen, families and young couples who seemed to be in the first flush of their adventure. The char-grilled prawns make for a tasty starter, whilst for mains, the pizzas remain a popular choice. That said, there are plenty of other options to choose from if you're not in the mood for pizza or pasta. Monkfish or duckling make for an appetising alternative. |
