Eccentric Vandal Strikes Vienna
A barefoot man in an orange dress was arrested on Sunday after breaking into a branch of the Austrian Education Ministry.
When police arrived at the scene, they found that the office had been enthusiastically ravaged, with all loos blocked and toilet paper strewn about in a fanciful manner.
The 39 year old man informed police that he had merely wanted 'to wash his laundry'. He has since been taken into care.
