Frick has a fair few outlets in Vienna, and this one on the Graben is a handy spot for bookworms. Walk straight through to the back to find an abundance of Vienna-related titles in both English and German. Those after international literature in English can head upstairs where a further bounty awaits. Frick is pretty much up to date with popular fiction, and there are classics and children's titles too. An added bonus is a view over the Peterskirche, one of Vienna's finest baroque churches - enough to make you crack out your own quill and a dash off a sonnet or two. |
