Do and Co Hotel

Given that so many Viennese hotels are dripping in baroque detail, the newly opened Do & Co exhales a breath of fresh air on the design front. Situated bang on the Stephansplatz - yet in the only modern building in sight - the hotel offers a crisp and cool experience that's complemented by some outstanding extras. Expansive views over St. Stephen's impress even nonchalant locals, and if you yourself want to push the boat out, book one of the two suites for some high-flying adventures. Each of these has its own jacuzzi, as well as a private bar overlooking the cathedral. But all's not lost if you're not in an apartment, as the Onyx Bar offers the same panorama.

Strange name, wonderful hotel!

This hotel lived up to the expectations and Vienna surpassed them. Not cheap but money well spent. Give it a try... we loved it.
